Tulsi, rose, hibiscus, and coriander seed tea gently cool the system. Infuse your water with mint leaves or fennel seeds.


3. Practice Moon Salutations

Swap out heated yoga for cooling practices like chandra namaskar, restorative poses, and pranayama like sheetali or nadi shodhana.
